Safety & community

We hold the plan. You hold the session.

Coacta does not organize, supervise, or guarantee safety. Other users, clubs, and establishments host. You decide whether to go, what to bring, and when to leave.

A coordination platform

Coacta does not organize, supervise, or guarantee the safety of activities. Other people host. You judge conditions, gear, and whether to go.

Waivers on groups

A club or establishment can require members to accept a waiver before they see that group’s activities. Changing the waiver means everyone agrees again.

Block and report

Blocking participates in who can see whom. Reports exist so moderation is not a DM to the founder.

Private by default options

Friends-only posts, private groups, join codes, and selected-friends visibility (Premium) keep a session as small as it needs to be.

Female-only sessions

A dedicated tag on activities, with a clear warning in the composer so hosts know what they are signaling.

Community expectations

Community and safety guidelines are accepted at signup. The app is for getting active together, not for dumping a feed of strangers onto a trailhead.

Canonical policies

Terms, privacy, community guidelines, and safety guidelines are accepted in the app and published on the live site. This page summarises the posture — it does not replace those documents.

Something looks wrong?

Reports go to moderation, not to a founder’s DMs. If you need a human, email us and say what happened.
